on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Boarhills.
The property is 5 minutes from the mediaeval town of St Andrews
with the St Andrews Bay Golf Resort and courses just 2 minutes
away. There are several walks to the sea shore which take
between 10 to 20 minutes, some of which form part of the Fife
Coastal Path. Kenly water lies within 1 minutes walk to the
east.
Sunnybraes sleeps up to 4 persons in 2 double bedrooms. The
floors are carpeted throughout and furnishings are traditional
with best quality linen provided. There is a large family
bathroom incorporating a bath and spacious shower room provided
with a multi-jet power shower. The modern fitted kitchen is
provided with a gas hob, dishwasher, twin sinks and television.
The living room is furnished in traditional style with a stone
surround fireplace and log-burning stove providing the focal
point. Facilities include wide-screen television, DVD player
and library, and stereo system. The whole property is centrally
heated and fully double-glazed.
The cottage has ample grounds with lawns to the south and
east. There is a large off-road parking area with plenty of
room for turning. A variety of wildlife inhabit the grounds
including buzzards, sparrow hawks, woodpeckers, pheasants,
squirrels, martins and, if youre up early, roe deer.
